A basket ball court at the cost of GHS 7,000.
The Headmaster singled out the lavatory as the most pressing need, as places of convenience are really an issue for students.
A SPOSA delegation on a familiarization visit to SPACO was conducted round the campus by the Headmaster and other members of staff. After the tour, the delegation was convinced beyond every reasonable doubt that, indeed, toilet facilities on campus were really appalling, and could even cause health problems.
In the light of this, SPOSA has agreed to underwrite the total cost of building the Toilet facility on campus.
Below is the budget for the toilet and an artist’s impression of the proposed project.
Fund raising strategy
A committee headed by The President has the task of raising the said amount. The amount has been shared among the various groups and a period of three (3) months set for the fulfillment of all contributions. The amount is however the minimum expected of each group and additional contributions are welcome
On realizing a quarter of the amount (GHS 8,940), we would cut sod on campus for work to start.
