Property Search

All properties that suit your criteria will be compiled after an analysis of your requirements. Scanning can be arranged when the client so request. SMS's are sent at regular intervals to update clients with the new property information. Additionally, clients are sent electronic brochures.

Scanning

Scanning is conducted by appointment between 6am- 5:30pm from Monday – Friday and on Saturday 6am – 3pm.

Selecting a Property

Once you have identified a suitable property, you will have to fill a questionnaire to register your interest. The applicant will then have to fill a rent application form with details of a referee. A reference will be sought from the referee and your information will be forwarded to the landlord for acceptance.

Tenancy Agreement

Once the landlord intends to continue with the process, the necessary documents will be arranged to form the basis of the agreements for both entities.

Inventory

A property content inventory and general property conditions are undertaken before the tenancy agreement is signed. Copies of this inventory are supplied to landlords and tenants.

Let and Deposit

Letting payment advance is required prior to the initiation of the tenancy agreement. The tenant is also expected to make a deposit which will be reimbursed to the tenant at the end of the letting period. This will however be checked against the inventory list. There are no administrative charges on property dealings with us.
