Scanning is conducted by appointment between 6am- 5:30pm from Monday – Friday and on Saturday 6am – 3pm.

Receiving and Offer

Once a prospective buyer makes an offer, we will quickly inform you verbally and in writing. In the process of difficult price negotiations, our experts will work hand in hand with you or your representatives. The offer will be subject to a contract being signed and there are no legal obligations on either side until the contract is signed.

Accepting an Offer

It is advisable you engage the services of your solicitors to handle the contract of sale. Preferably use a solicitor who specializes in conveyance before proceeding to exchange of contracts.

Exchange of Contract

To prepare your contract of sale, your solicitor will need certain documents from us. These may take a while to obtain, so for a swifter sale, take time to obtain these in advance.
