Established in 2009 and with the school campus Located at Dansoman in Accra, Creative Land offers full time Certificate and Diploma courses in Film Making, Directing,Television Production, Acting, Screen Writing Broadcast Journalism, Motion Picture Photography, Costume and make up, Film and Video Editing, and Sound Production for film.

Approach to Learning

At the centre of Creative Land's approach to learning is creativity. Students are encouraged to express their individual creativity with outputs that prove that freedom of expression creates beautiful work. They are taught how to harness their creative talents, hone them into innovative concepts and apply appropriate solutions to real world challenges.

In line with the Creative Land's approach to education, Students also have the opportunity to acquire quality training in other disciplines such as English, French, Media Law, Advertising and Public Relations as they pursue their course of interest. The personal student experience is fundamental; there is an emphasis on face-to-face training. Through this personal experience, students are exposed to cutting edge technology and real world business challenges and solutions.

Creative land lecturers are experts in their fields, they posses a vast amount of industry-specific experience. They specifically ensure that students learn how to combine theoretical with practical knowledge in the solving of real world challenges thus helping them gain a solid understanding of what to expect when they enter the industry.

Our Internship and attachement programme is also essential to student's success. This is made possible through a wide network of industry contacts that our Founder and President have built over the years. Students of the institution are easily absorbed by media outfits in Ghana for their industrial training. This is equally made possible by media and media related entrepreneurs who trust and endorse Creative Land's programs and training methods.

Creative Land's Graduates

Creative Land graduates are job-ready when they graduate, embarking on their careers with a wealth of hands-on technical experience, theoretical knowledge and industry experience. Research

The Creative Land offering is product-focused in that basic and sensible products have been developed for the film, TV and multimedia industries. To ensure that these products remain market- and customer-focused, Creative Land as an on going process will engage in thorough, systematic research to gather empirical data with which to improve existing formula and create new products.
