In the thick of events, when people were close marking the election result, seasoned blogger/journalist Ameyaw Debrah (CEO of topnotch entertainment website www.ameyawdebrah.com)wrote this on his twitter page “To all the Ghanaian musicians who have taken ameyawdebrah.com for granted, I know how to deal with you in 2013 #ameyawdecides”. The renowned blogger is known to have made significant contributions to the lives of several artists in Ghana in the areas of marketing and promoting these artist online and other media platforms. Ameyaw is in the process of taking a second thought of his unselfish assistance to the makeup of these artists since they are in a way “making a fool” out him and taking his leniency to be his weakness. He further on stated this on his page; ‘im putting some artists’ mail on spam so all their mails would be treated as spam…nonsense.” Rumors reaching our desk (@ozprix) suggest that some of the artists refused to pay him after he Ameyaw had fulfilled his side of the contract and in addition done a yeoman’s job in promoting their music career. Even a word from those artists to appreciate his efforts was ignored. Ameyaw said “The situation has occurred not only once but several times and that’s why it has come to the point of sharing it on the public platform. We are yet to find out from this top blogger the list of artists that owe him and those whose emails will be spammed when they contact him.
